We purchased a Sundance spa from the Norwell location in February. Removing an existing spa through a tight slider from the porch was a major challenge but was handled with ease. The removal and new install took about 2 hours. The service was outstanding at each step of the process. Rosalie was very helpful in our multiple conversations.
